How To Order Floor Samples

The Process

An initial deposit will confirm your order and allow us to begin processing your custom job. We require a 50% deposit to initiate an order, with the balance due before the ship out date.

If your order is being installed we require 1/3 to start, another 1/3 at delivery, and the balance upon a happy completion.

When you Place your order

Please allow 4-8 weeks to complete a Custom Order. Some Flooring is stocked locally, so your lead time depends on the flooring you select!.  We always encourage customers to order as far in advance as  possible.
